• Effective security and emergency response systems are in place.

Employee responsibility

Total Loss Control excellence can be achieved only through the support and active participation of everyone. Our strong health, safety and environmentally responsible (HSE) culture is reinforced through assessment, training, meetings, coaching, reporting and action.

All employees are responsible for working safely and with equal concern for the safety of co-workers by complying with health and safety legislation and with established rules and regulations. They are also responsible for maintaining and operating all facilities under his/her control to ensure efficient and safe operation.

Environmental responsibility

Wenzel is also active in finding new ways to reduce its environmental footprint—from recycling programs for all industrial waste materials through to a charitable donation program for used beverage containers.
