Jason Conrad
EVP, Sales and Engineering

Jason Conrad joined Wenzel Industries in 2006 as a key member of our Service Department before growing into the roles of Customer Service Manager, Operations Manager, V.P. of Operations and now EVP.

With over 25 years of expertise in the manufacturing industry, Jason is passionate about business structure and enhancing operational efficiency.  He strives to optimize return on investment for WZL and our customers. You’ll commonly hear Jason speak about “100% customer satisfaction” through continuous improvement utilizing lean principles.

Jason holds a B.A. in Sociology from Concordia University, Edmonton.

Shawn Feguenne
EVP, Manufacturing Operations

Shawn Feguenne joined Wenzel in 2006 as an apprentice machinist and has since risen through the ranks to his current role as Executive Vice President of Operations & Machining division for the US and Canada operations.  Over the past two decades, Shawn has held key leadership positions including Manufacturing Manager and Vice President of Manufacturing – Canada, consistently demonstrating his commitment to operational excellence.

As a certified Red Seal Journeyman Machinist with over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, Shawn brings a deep understanding of shop-floor operations, strategic planning, and team leadership. He is passionate about lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and driving innovation across the organization.  His leadership is guided by a focus on quality, efficiency, and delivering exceptional value to customers.

Jordan James joined Wenzel in 2010 as a design engineer. Now, as a Professional Engineer with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Jordan has 20 years of experience in design and manufacturing. He has helped develop many of the Wenzel drilling tool product lines, ensuring they meet the harsh requirements of the modern oil and gas industry.

With a passion for solving technological problems, Jordan strives to deliver quality products to our customers.

Dominic Frinzi joined Wenzel Industries in 2018 as an engineering technician following service as a U.S. Navy nuclear machinist’s mate and work as a machinist/programmer at Revolutionary Machine & Design. He progressed through multiple engineering roles and was appointed General Manager of the Jefferson, Wisconsin facility in 2025.

Dominic holds an M.S. in Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville and a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater. He focuses on scaling capability and reliability while delivering measurable value to customers in demanding markets.

 

Seif Soliman started his career with Wenzel Industries parent company Basin Holdings back in 2013 as a summer investment analyst. After completing his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance from Boston’s Northeastern University in 2016, he went on to obtain a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurial Leadership from Babson College in 2017 (Ranked #1 in the US for entrepreneurial studies).

In 2018, he joined Basin Middle East and Africa. He combines his passion for entrepreneurship and business development with his ability to speak five languages fluently to bridge cultural gaps in business. Seif has an excellent track record in sales and is obsessed with customer satisfaction.

Today, Seif is President for Basin/Wenzel in the Middle East and Africa. He is based out of Dubai, UAE.

 

Troy Johnston is the North American Sales Manager and International Business Development Lead at Wenzel Industries. Troy brings a wealth of experience to his role with over 20 years in sales and 15 years working directly in the field on drilling rigs, core recovery, and performance motor sales. He has developed a deep understanding of the energy and precision machining industries and the needs of our customers.

Troy’s career has taken him across the globe, where he has gained international experience in regions such as Oman, the UAE, Qatar, South America, the US and Canada. This global perspective allows him to successfully manage and grow Wenzel’s presence across multiple markets, driving business development strategies and expanding the company’s footprint internationally.

His blend of hands-on field experience and sales expertise positions him as a key player in Wenzel’s ongoing success, helping the company deliver high-quality downhole solutions to clients worldwide.

 

Rose O’Neill joined Wenzel Industries in 2004, beginning her career in the Accounting Department with a focus on payroll administration. Over the years, she has expanded her expertise and advanced into her current role as Human Resources Manager.

With a PCP designation from the National Payroll Institute and extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, Rose brings a deep understanding of both operational and people-focused functions. She plays a key role in supporting organizational growth and driving continuous improvement across the company.
Rose also holds an Applied Arts diploma from the College of the North Atlantic.
