Nate Estep
CEO
Nate Estep brings more than 20 years of oilfield experience to the company’s growth across North America and international markets. His career includes 13 years with Schlumberger, where he developed technical and commercial experience in drilling technologies, field operations and performance optimization. He later moved into senior leadership roles spanning sales, marketing and drilling technology, including leadership positions with Anadrill and Black Diamond Oilfield Services.
Known for a hands-on, collaborative leadership style, Nate combines practical field knowledge with a strong focus on customer relationships, innovation and team development. At Wenzel Industries, he leads a growing manufacturing and drilling-tools organization focused on precision, reliability and delivering high-performance solutions for customers in demanding industrial and energy applications.
Shawn Feguenne
EVP, Manufacturing Operations
Shawn Feguenne joined Wenzel in 2006 as an apprentice machinist and has since risen through the ranks to his current role as Executive Vice President of Operations & Machining division for the US and Canada operations. Over the past two decades, Shawn has held key leadership positions including Manufacturing Manager and Vice President of Manufacturing – Canada, consistently demonstrating his commitment to operational excellence.
As a certified Red Seal Journeyman Machinist with over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, Shawn brings a deep understanding of shop-floor operations, strategic planning, and team leadership. He is passionate about lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and driving innovation across the organization. His leadership is guided by a focus on quality, efficiency, and delivering exceptional value to customers.
Ross Vickers is Executive Vice President of Sales at Wenzel Industries, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the energy and oilfield services sector. Based in Houston, Ross has built his career around technical sales, customer relationships and helping operators improve drilling performance. Before joining Wenzel Industries, he served in senior sales leadership roles with Black Diamond Oilfield Services, where he joined in 2018 and helped support the company’s growth across domestic and international markets.
His approach combines strong commercial instincts with a practical understanding of drilling technologies and customer needs. At Wenzel, Ross leads sales strategy and business development, working closely with customers and internal teams to expand market reach, strengthen partnerships and deliver reliable, high-performance solutions globally.
Jordan James joined Wenzel in 2010 as a design engineer. Now, as a Professional Engineer with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Jordan has 20 years of experience in design and manufacturing. He has helped develop many of the Wenzel drilling tool product lines, ensuring they meet the harsh requirements of the modern oil and gas industry.
With a passion for solving technological problems, Jordan strives to deliver quality products to our customers.
Dominic Frinzi joined Wenzel Industries in 2018 as an engineering technician following service as a U.S. Navy nuclear machinist’s mate and work as a machinist/programmer at Revolutionary Machine & Design. He progressed through multiple engineering roles and was appointed General Manager of the Jefferson, Wisconsin facility in 2025.
Dominic holds an M.S. in Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville and a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater. He focuses on scaling capability and reliability while delivering measurable value to customers in demanding markets.
Seif Soliman started his career with Wenzel Industries parent company Basin Holdings back in 2013 as a summer investment analyst. After completing his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance from Boston’s Northeastern University in 2016, he went on to obtain a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurial Leadership from Babson College in 2017 (Ranked #1 in the US for entrepreneurial studies).
In 2018, he joined Basin Middle East and Africa. He combines his passion for entrepreneurship and business development with his ability to speak five languages fluently to bridge cultural gaps in business. Seif has an excellent track record in sales and is obsessed with customer satisfaction.
Today, Seif is President for Basin/Wenzel in the Middle East and Africa. He is based out of Dubai, UAE.
Troy Johnston is North American Sales Manager at Wenzel Industries. Troy brings a wealth of experience to his role with over 20 years in sales and 15 years working directly in the field on drilling rigs, core recovery, and performance motor sales. He has developed a deep understanding of the energy and precision machining industries and the needs of our customers.
Troy’s career has taken him across the globe, where he has gained international experience in regions such as Oman, the UAE, Qatar, South America, the US and Canada. This global perspective allows him to successfully manage and grow Wenzel’s presence across multiple markets, driving business development strategies and expanding the company’s footprint internationally.
His blend of hands-on field experience and sales expertise positions him as a key player in Wenzel’s ongoing success, helping the company deliver high-quality downhole solutions to clients worldwide.
Rose O’Neill joined Wenzel Industries in 2004, beginning her career in the Accounting Department with a focus on payroll administration. Over the years, she has expanded her expertise and advanced into her current role as Human Resources Manager.
With a PCP designation from the National Payroll Institute and extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, Rose brings a deep understanding of both operational and people-focused functions. She plays a key role in supporting organizational growth and driving continuous improvement across the company.
Rose also holds an Applied Arts diploma from the College of the North Atlantic.
