Wenzel Industries is making its full-scale drilling motor dynamometer test system available for acquisition from its Edmonton facility.

Rather than beginning with the engineering and integration of a completely new motor test facility, a qualified buyer can acquire an existing system incorporating high-pressure fluid supply, motor loading and support equipment, measurement capabilities and computer controls.

The test system was developed to assess drilling motor performance before equipment is released downhole. Torque, RPM, pressure and flow can be captured simultaneously, allowing motor performance to be evaluated under controlled conditions.

It can support QA/QC, motor rebuild validation, prototype testing and engineering development.
